In a gigantic carpet of flowers approximately 50 floats garnished with freshly-cut flowers – towed by old tractors or motorcycles, vintage cars and horse teams - took part in the Blumenkorso 2009, probably the largest flower parade in Austria.

We, too, took part in this anniversary year of the Tyrolean freedom fighter and namesake of our hotel Andreas Hofer in the flower parade “Blumenkorso 2009” and were even able to achieve sixth place.
