On Thursday the big Blumenkorso flower festival weekend begins with an Alpine party on the Aschingeralm. A cosy get-together with folk music, culinary delights and a nice programme of children’s events are the prelude to Blumenkorso. Take part in a herb walk on the Alp, and also a guided tour through a typical Tirol Alpine cheese dairy, with tasting afterwards. Free bus transfer to Aschingeralm from the centre of the village of Ebbs.
In the evening to start with there will be a Blumenkorso Open Air Concert at Blumenwelt Hödnerhof. Guests include "Seer", who will provide a party atmosphere from 9.00 p.m. The event starts at 7.00 p.m.

For the second time Kufstein town centre will from 11.00 a.m. be packed with floats and figures for the Blumenkorso. With live music, a superb programme of events for children, and numerous culinary market stands, the town centre will be transformed into a sea of flowers.
Also in Ebbs, the day before the big Korso the floats are adorned. In the great hall of Blumenwelt Hödnerhof there are lots of helpers who have produced dreamy figures with a lot of care and attention and patience.
In the evening the traditional summer evening festival takes place in the centre of Ebbs village. The entire district becomes a giant festival ground of Ebbs clubs and landlords – live music everywhere, dancing, bars and culinary delights.

| The big Korso festival day in Ebbs. From 8.00 a.m. there is a flea market at Blumenwelt Hödnerhof and in the village centre there is lots on offer from 10.00 a.m. At 1.30 p.m. there is a large pageant with presentation of participants. Flower adorned figures, riding groups, old-timer cars, tractors, accompanied by Ebbs regional band, Schwoich and Walchsee create an impressive pageant. | |
